Our fitness instructors have designed an innovative fitness program to build strength, burn fat, and increase flexibility by creating different routines to maximize your routine and keep things fresh and exciting. Classes are two days a week and run for 30 days. A new routine will be created the following month. Guaranteed fun and guaranteed to keep you fit.
