Astoria, OR: The Astoria Parks & Recreation Department and the Astoria Downtown Historic District Association (ADHDA) would like to invite the community for a special evening of dance and entertainment at the annual Valentine’s Day Ball on Saturday, February 16th at the Astoria Elks Lodge #180.

Attendees can expect an evening of fun and enchantment filled with dance lessons, door prizes, and professional photo opportunities. Specialty hors d’oeuvres and non-alcoholic drinks will also be served.

“We were so pleased with the outpouring of positive feedback from the community at last year’s Valentine’s Day Ball. This year, families can expect a special event that brings neighbors together to celebrate love and devotion with music, fun, and great food!” Says Brianna Bowker, Recreation Manager for the Astoria Parks and Recreation Department.

WHEN: Saturday, February 16, 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
WHERE: Astoria Elks Lodge #180, 453 11th Street, Astoria

Tickets are $5.00 and will be available to purchase online at, or at the door on the day of the event.

This event is graciously sponsored by the ADHDA’s Instant Gratification Non-Run Fun Run, held every October, which also raises money to sponsor the Astoria Parks and Recreation’s Annual Gobbler Gallop and New Year’s Fun Run. The Department is also grateful for the support of many local businesses and the Astoria ELKS for supporting the event.
